Who's your Buddy? Do you have an accountability partner? Are your workouts not that exciting and fun? Maybe you are scared to try a large group class such as SHED.
On Saturday, June 22nd MSPS held its first “Bring a Buddy” FREE workout day! We combined both SHED and Begin to SHED and added the option to bring a friend to try it out! The morning could not have been more perfect! The weather was beautiful, and 30 smiling faces arrived for the “fun” workout!
Everyone had a chance to go around and introduce themselves, and if you came solo, it was a great opportunity to meet up with a new face and share the workout. We started with quick 5 min indoor workout, then we headed over to the Cadott HS track, of course doing some fun things along the way.
Lunges, bear crawls, pushups, dips, bleachers, and running were a few of the movements incorporated. As we worked together, we laughed, we let the sweat roll, and of course, finished off with a group photo.
If you are unsure of how to get started or are scared to make that first step, come see us! Begin to SHED is offered every other Saturday post SHED and is a great way to ease into a new routine.
